GAP Regional Representative

Position: Regional Representative

Reports To: National Director / GAP Leadership Team

Location: Assigned Region (e.g., Southeast U.S., West Africa, etc.)

Commitment: Volunteer or Part-Time (as determined)

Role Overview

The Regional Representative serves as the local extension of the Global Alliance of Pastors (GAP)—helping unite, support, and strengthen pastors within a defined region. This leader builds relationships, represents GAP’s mission, and helps mobilize the Body of Christ for greater connection, prayer, and Kingdom impact.

Core Responsibilities

1. Represent GAP Regionally

  • Be the primary GAP contact in your area

  • Carry GAP’s mission, message, and spiritual integrity

  • Stay informed on regional spiritual, cultural, and social dynamics

2. Connect & Communicate

  • Maintain consistent communication with the GAP national team

  • Help identify and connect pastors, churches, and leaders to the GAP network

  • Foster unity and collaboration among local ministries

3. Support & Report

  • Encourage pastors through prayer, presence, and relationship

  • Share significant needs, persecution reports, or crises with national leadership

  • Assist in verifying reports when possible and safe

4. Mobilize Regional Engagement

  • Coordinate or host local GAP prayer gatherings, trainings, or events

  • Promote GAP national initiatives, campaigns, or resources

  • Recruit and guide new GAP members and partners

5. Lead Spiritually

  • Maintain a strong personal walk with Christ and a life of prayer

  • Model servant leadership and Kingdom-minded unity

  • Uphold GAP’s integrity in all personal and public spaces

Optional (As Needed or Assigned)

  • Submit brief quarterly regional reports to the national team

  • Participate in or help with regional fundraising efforts

  • Represent GAP at affiliated or partner events in your region
